Getting Your Treats on the Move

Welcome to Pawcket — where we’re all about making tails wag and kitties purr with our wholesome, tasty treats. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your goodies and what to do if something isn’t quite right.
📦 Order Processing
We’ll have your paw baby’s treats packed and ready to go within 2 business days.
(Weekends and public holidays are reserved for extra pats, naps, and zoomies!)
🇦🇺 Shipping Within Australia
At the moment, we ship within Australia only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, we’ll be sure to shout it from the rooftops.
🚚 Shipping Carrier
All Pawcket orders are shipped via Australia Post.
This helps us ensure reliable delivery and consistent tracking across Australia.
🔍 Tracking Your Parcel
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update — perfect timing for a walkies or a catnap!
⏳ Delivery Timeframe
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at orders@pawcket.com.au with your name and order number, and we’ll happily look into it for you.

If Things Aren’t Purr-fect
Choose Wisely: We know our treats are irresistible, but take a moment to make sure you pick the right ones. Once you’ve ordered, the choice is yours and so is the responsibility!
Issues with Your Order?:
- Refund or Exchange: If you find any issue with your treats – think not-so-fresh, packaging mishaps, or safety concerns – we're on it! Just reach out to us, and we'll sort out a refund or exchange.
- Return: because of the nature of our pet food products, we can't accept returns. We encourage you to sniff around, ponder, and choose wisely before purchasing. After all, every treat is a commitment to your pet's happiness!
Change of Mind:
- If those kangaroo bites seemed more appealing than chicken nibbles but you’ve changed your mind, we're sorry that we can't accept returns or offer refunds for such decisions.
- Ordered the wrong flavour? If the treats are still with us and haven’t been shipped, contact us quickly at orders@pawcket.com.au, and we’ll see what we can do!
